How to Choose a Supplement
What to Look For:
Amount of active Ingredients in each tablet (ex. 1000mg, 400IU, 200MCG)
Serving Size: Number of tablets needed per day to get that amount
Compare cost - per tablet, per day. If there are 90 tablets, but you need 3 tablets/day, it will last only 1 month.
Least possible amount of Inactive Ingredients
Look for Non-GMO, Organic
Avoid added gluten, dairy, corn, and sweeteners
Avoid synthetic forms of ingredients
