How to Choose a Supplement

What to Look For:

  • Amount of active Ingredients in each tablet (ex. 1000mg, 400IU, 200MCG)

  • Serving Size: Number of tablets needed per day to get that amount

  • Compare cost - per tablet, per day. If there are 90 tablets, but you need 3 tablets/day, it will last only 1 month.

  • Least possible amount of Inactive Ingredients

  • Look for Non-GMO, Organic

  • Avoid added gluten, dairy, corn, and sweeteners

  • Avoid synthetic forms of ingredients

  • Essential Amino Acids Complex

    Super immune booster.

  • CoQ10

    An antioxidant that supports mitochondria to energize and protect cells and a key nutrient that powers and protects heart vitality, cardiovascular health and cellular energy.

  • Vitamin D3 + K2

    Vitamin D3 directs the absorption of calcium from your intestines into the blood. Vitamin K2 directs that calcium into your bones.

  • Vitamin E

    Make sure it says “d-Alpha Tocopherol”. If there is an “L” behind the “D”, (ex: dl-Alpha Tocopherol) it is a synthetic version and not optimal for your body.

  • Folic Acid - L-methylfolate - Optimized Folate

    1700mcg x 1 tablet. 100 tablets will last over 3 months.

  • L-Arginine

    An amino acid that helps the body produce energy. Important for heart and brain function and many other body processes. An important precursor of Nitric Oxide.

  • Methylene Blue

    USP Grade - Most effective parasite killer.

  • Omega 3 Fish Oil

    From wild-caught natural Alaskan Pollock. These essential fatty acid nutritional supplements are ultra concentrated without the use of harmfully high heat.

  • Selenium

    Immune support, healthy blood flow, Antioxidant support. 200mcg x 1 tab per day. 180 tablets for a 3 month supply’

  • Quercetin

    1000mg in 2 capsules. 120 capsules total. 2 month supply

    Make sure it says it is extracted from Flower buds from saphora japonica trees

  • Ubiquinol

    A reduced form of CoQ10. Each form has unique roles in cells relating to antioxidant actions, supporting healthy heart function and enhancing energy production.

  • Iodoral Iodine Tablets

    Contains exact mg amounts of Iodine and iodide as the potassium salt in tablet form. The tablet form eliminates the medicinal taste and is less messy.

  • Lugol's Iodine Solution

    Natural mineral used in making thyroid Hormone. Derived from mined crystal, not shellfish or kelp.
